lots of things happened the last 2 mths...
well, I went back to Singapore from 16th - 21st Aug
and was in Bintan from 18-19th Aug (FUn fUn FUN fun fUN!~!)
22nd Aug - Back in Perth to celebrate Birthday with the Now Special some1
1st Sept - officially attached...
19th Sept - tendered in resignation at SpectrumData where God placed me for 5 mths... was kindaf sad to leave my friends behind... but was excited to start work at new place
28th Sept - last day of work at SpectrumData and for that last 1 1/2 week... I was just slacking ard at work... coz there wasn't much work for me to do...
1st Oct - really exciting day of prayer... kick start a whole new beginning in FCC... and for myself too... it was my 1 mth anniversary with mark as well... :P
2nd Oct - started training at Telstra.. to be Technical Support Consultant... (you know lah.. pple u call up when u have problem with your internet...)
And so yeah.. began a whole new lifestyle of park & ride.. so drive to cannington train station.. park there and take a train to city... gosh.. how embarrassing can it get???... basically.. I was panicking at 620am on Tues, 2nd Oct.. my 1st time at the cannington train station platform and frantically looking for the machine to buy ticket.. and all I see was the machine that tells you what time the next train is coming... so I went down the stairs and wanted to try my luck with the security post.. but there's no one in there... finally I spotted this sweet nice chubby late 30s or 40s lady... and asked her... haha.. so the ticket machine was behind the information machine... "-_- and yeah.. besides the train taking bit... I now wakes up between 530 - 550am... to get to Telstra by 650am... omigosh.. omi... in comparison to waking up at like 830am.. and get to work at 9am... *sighz.... well when I start to be on the phones in 3 weeks time.. hopefully I get good shifts... yeah.. I gotta work in shifts... I just pray that I won't get night shifts on wed or fri... or else I'll need to swap shift with pple... :P Made some new friends at work.. some smells coz they smoke.. some annoys the crap out of me by asking silly questions.. and keep looking at my screen to see what I'm up to... and some are just nice to talk to and have lunch with.. hehehe...
hahaha.. something to be proud of.... I was listening in to some calls on thurs afternoon.. and I managed to help a guy with 2 of his calls.. to track down the customer on the telstra system and guide the person along... that guy whom I was listening in to his calls. is quite a newb as well... only started training in Aug... I wonder what will happen if I didn't spot his mistake...hahaa.. somemore.. to track down the customer thingy.. he was making a really silly mistake.. and it's like the basic basic thingy... owells... sometimes at the end of the 8 hrs of working from 7am... you just get kindaf blur I reckon...
