happy birthday greetings to Su & Eug... !!!
lemme see... what have I missed out on blogging.. well, as most/some of you might have known.. I'm interning in church.. and handling quite a bit of media work.. editing and stuff.. not as if I'm really creative.. hahaha.. but majority of the work is teaching videos.. dun need much creative juices.. just gotta add in texts... but pretty tedious work.. but it's good.. ahaha.. I get to learn and revise some basics.. and foundations of my christian life.. and yeah.. but there was this particular week.. just before my graduation that week.. I had to churn out 3 videos.. oh that was madness.. I thot I had it all under control.. fri, ps tom and I did the filming for ps benny on fasting.. and the weekend and monday.. I did the editing.. and dvd-burning.. tues-fri I was trying to complete foundation video.. well took sooo long.. b'coz of Big hiccups here and there.. omi mi.. yep.. the church computer died on me on wed.. I was so depressed.. and I had cell.. but God was good.. he pulled me through it all.. that nite.. then well, brought my comp in on thurs to work on the video.. but my comp is pretty unstable as well.. not to mention.. I had to be in church from 630am every morning from tues-fri.. coz there was this season of prayer.. thingy going on.. but it was great.. I don't regret committing to it all.. and waking up early.. coz the pillar of prayer is so impt.. in the church body.. and in my own spiritual life as well..and I freaked out on thurs morning after the prayer.. coz it suddenly dawned on me.. that I didn't have the videos all under ctrl.. the foundation video is not done.. and I haven't even started concrete work on the east timor video presentation on mission.. that's like THE most important one.. coz it gotta tug on pple's heart strings.. and gotta be impactful... then I only had my choice song selected and some random ideas.... I exclaimed so loud in church.. "I'm so dead.. there's day of prayer on sat... how am I supposed to finish my videos?" hahaha.. and Ps Benny was just round the corner.. and he was like.. oh no.. are u okie.. no stress.. relax.. that's what he always say to me.. hahaha....(yeah the last day of season of prayer.. is day of prayer from 9-4 in nth dandalup, 45 mins drive from perth)...and guess what I managed to clear all the videos by sunday morning.. hahaha.. it was madness.. I was so upset and stressed out on fri evening.. I just wanted to cry.. coz I just didn't feel like doing any more.. the ideas are just in my brain for the east timor video.. but I can't execute it out.. and it's simply frustrating.. so I went out.. took a walk.. breathe in some fresh air.. and escape from the office.. so that I can cry alone.. :P I actually had the thought of missing day of prayer to work on the east timor video.. good thing I didn't.. coz the day of prayer was just the climax of this season of prayer.. and yeah.. it did me good.. haha.. "seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.. and all these things shall be added unto you" - matt 6:33... after day of prayer.. think I got back to church office ard 6+.. took a break.. eat dinner.. and started ard 7+.. thank God for friends like eunice and mark.. who came back to help me.. and stayed up with me through the nite.. gave me ideas.. spur me on.. helped me out.. it was total madness.. the 1st svc started at 830am.. and I only managed to bring in the video to the sanctuary at abt 845am.. just before the worship session was gonna end.. and announcements was coming on.. which is when the video was meant to be screened.. and i only napped like 1/2hr.. or 45mins.. the whole nite... and the previous nites for the whole week.. I didn't have enuff rest as well.. God really sustained me the whole nite.. and it was just amazing..how the video was done within a nite.. and it served it's purpose!!!.. coz lives were touched.. the msg was brought across clear through the video.. lives were impacted.. pple were challenged to go for the mission trip.. and to be a part to be involved in missions.. man.. I really dunno how to describe but it's just worthwhile to stay up the whole nite.. and all the late nites.. just for lives to be touched..through the video...
oklies.. and I had my graduation.. like ooh.. finally.. after studying for like ages.. my dad was in town... and it was fun.. taking a well-deserved break from "work"... oh.. and God was really goood.. coz our family had a great time hanging out together.. while my dad was ard... and the weather was really good on my grad nite.. and the following day.. which I spent the whole day in uwa having a photo-shoot session from like 1130am -430pm.. got lunch break lah.. hahaha.. but yeah.. it was fun.. just going crazy.. and lovey dovey with hooi.. taking pics.. haha.. and climbing trees in my graduation robe and heels..I'll upload the photos pretty soon.. hahaha.. but it's getting a bit late as for now.. I'll retire to dreamland 1st.. and will be back real soon.. coz there's just so many interesting things happening in my life.. and I can't wait to share... before things start getting hectic again the following week..
